She has a thing going now and her reputation is soaring and people are becoming more aware of how good of an artist she is, and sheвЂ™s always said she wants to be one of the greats. As much i vibe with her unreleased stuff, releasing them would only turn her back into the trashy, shallow, cliche caricature that people imagined when they thought of lana del Rey when she was first starting out with BTD. ItвЂ™s great that theyвЂ™re out on YouTube for people to listen to and enjoy, but people donвЂ™t seem to realize that thatвЂ™s not good enough for a formal release, especially considering her reputation for making great music. IMO, Paradise, Honeymoon, and NFR were her masterpieces, while most of her unreleased are sort of BTD/UV rejects. They will always sound good to us because we love lana regardless, but very very few of them are album worthy in terms of lyrics, instrumentals, and production when she is capable of so much more.
